Eating warm foods, especially at breakfast:
Every organ reaches maximum energy at a specific hour, based on TCM clock. The stomach’s time is in the morning between 7 and 9. It is therefore important to have breakfast around that time so not to hinder its energy and the flow of the organic liquids it should produce. The best breakfast to eat should be warm, cooked with a variety of good proteins and fats and low in sugar contents. It is also important to chew slowly, take time to relax and appreciate the food being eaten. It is also always better to eat warm food throughout the day.
