In Oriental culture, daily physical exercise is very important. Whether it is martial arts, Qi Gong or social group dance, the Chinese meet in green spaces and practice the sport or activity that suits them, every day! This helps circulate blood and energy flow. What’s important is to do something that keeps you moving while having fun. Find the activity you enjoy and do it for 30 consecutive minutes. Let’s go! You can do it!
