5- Sleep: Do you go to bed between 9pm-11pm? :
For both Easterners and Westerners, the most revitalising hours are those before 11:00 p.m. So that implies that we should already be sleeping by that time. We must therefore get into the habit that starting at 9:00 p.m. we do calm, peaceful activities that prepare us to fall asleep. Watching television, tablets or cell phones before going to bed will tend to overstimulate the brain. It is one of the main causes for onset insomnia (difficulty falling asleep), restless sleep or never feeling rested when waking up in the morning.
