Ashleigh grew up in Saint-Lazare, where she led an active lifestyle from a young age. She was involved in sports, both recreationally and scholarly, however her main focuses were figure skating and soccer. She loves to pass on her passion of sports as a professional figure skating coach and also volunteers her time to the local club.
On her free time Ashleigh likes to be surrounded by family and friends. She continues to be involved in sports and enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and cycling. Ashleigh got her master’s degree at McGill University in Physical Therapy. She also has prior experience as a kinesiologist after she studied at Concordia University. Ashleigh completed her course in vestibular rehabilitation to treat conditions that cause dizziness and vertigo. She strongly believes in the “patient centered approach” in which a team of professionals work together with the goal of optimizing the individual’s capacity.
