The Ballet-Fitness Course is a dance fitness class. The main goal is to improve muscle strength and endurance, flexibility, motor control and balance. The focus will really be on individual health rather than putting on a show (there will be none). The session will be like a ballet class, which means that there is a first part at the ballet bar where the emphasis will be put on strengthening, endurance and muscle control. The second part will be in the center of the room, which is when balance and coordination will be put forward. The session will end with a sequence that will implement what has been practiced earlier.
