Swedish massage

The Swedish massage combines strong and gentle pressure, depending on one’s needs. It is performed on muscle attachments as much as on the tendons and muscles. It aims to provide great muscle relaxation and thus promote an increase in range of motion.


It is a therapy that uses massage and movement. The basic technique used for this therapy is the swedish massage. Well executed mobilizations are essential tools for treatment, thus favoring the return to an optimal range of articular motion.

Adapted massage for pregnant women

Swedish massage technique adapted for the pregnant woman, therefore is is done with an adequate positioning to promote a better relaxation. It is an enveloping massage that aims to improve blood circulation, soften the skin and muscles while relieving leg and back pain.

Lymphatic drainage

Very gentle massage technique, promoting the circulation of the lymph, the elimination of toxins and the strengthening of the immune system. Ideal for people affected by water retention.

Baby and child massage

The massage for baby or child is a relaxing massage of more or less 20 minutes depending on the tensions and capacity of said child. Relaxation helps promotes concentration and being able to let go. Parents may be present during the massage, but with a lot of discretion.

Hot stone massage

This type of massage uses warmed basalt (volcanic) stones. As well as being deposited in strategic locations, these stones are used to perform the massage. Specific massage on chair

(Swedish without oil) This type of massage is often used by patients before or after a chiropractic adjustment. It’s a fast and efficient way to combine both therapies. It is also an approach used for massage in the workplace and for people unable to lie on their backs or stomachs.

Prenatal massage

Adaptation of a Swedish massage for pregnant women. The pregnant women is lying on her side with pillows to stabilize the back. This massage will help with the circulation system, some pain due to the pregnancy and also help you relax.

Foot reflexology

A treatment that begins with a foot bath and then followed by a massage with a technique known as the “caterpillar technique” which includes pressing certain pressure points at a precise location to awaken the body to: hormones, organs or a part of the body. All ending with a general foot massage. Here are some advantages: – Establish a balance within the endocrine glands – Dislodge accumulated crystals – Promote normal functioning of the body’s regions corresponding to these points or areas – Improve the production of hormones at the location and to the desired level – Redistribute energy to: every gland, every organ or every part of the body – Etc.

Babies and childrens massage

Very light relaxation massage that last about 20 minutes depending on the child. The massage can help your child to relax, concentrate, even with the growing pain that the children can feel. The parent can stay in the room during the massage.

Chair massage

The massage is done in a sitting position in a ergonomic massage chair and is done over the clothes, so with no oil for 15-30 minutes. It is with a mix of swedish and deep tissue massage that the therapist will work your tensions. This is the perfect massage for people with reduce mobility, olderly, pregnant women or for workers. Sometimes a chair massage is just what you need to stop and relax.

Mom massage with newborn baby

This type of massage is designed for mothers staying at home with a baby who want relief from muscle tension. Personalized therapeutic massage techniques will be used to provide relief while breastfeeding or providing for your baby. The therapist will adapt her treatment to maximize your relief at the end of the massage.
